Shipping

We ship internationally from the UAE. Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Delivery times vary by destination — typically 5–7 business days for the GCC and 7–14 business days internationally.

Returns

Each piece is handcrafted and made to order. We want you to love what you receive. If something isn't right, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@shereen.mostafa.designs and we'll do our best to make it right.

Please note that personalised or custom pieces cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
